COVID Vaccine Information

Xcel Urgent Care is currently vaccinating all individuals 5 years old and over. Please carefully read the information below before making an appointment.

Information about the COVID-19 Vaccine

Xcel Urgent Care offers the Pfizer vaccine and the Novavax vaccine.

The covid vaccine is provided free of charge. Our fees are paid by insurance carriers. To help us defray our costs, please provide us with your insurance information and bring your insurance card(s) when you present for your vaccination, whether it is for the first or subsequent dose. You will never receive a bill from us.

Medicare patients should bring their Medicare card with them, as Medicare supplemental insurance cards do not carry the original Medicare number, which is needed for billing Medicare directly.

Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Please read the Frequently Asked Questions below before making an appointment.
